I love learning new things. I have had an interest in sourdough baking. In an effort to increase my knowledge of sourdough, I chose to take a class called demystifying sourdough. After class I thoroughly followed the written instructions, but I was not exactly happy with the end result. I sent my coach a picture and she replied, “looks great”. Now that’s an encouraging coach! As it turns out the outside was not that pretty, but the bread really tasted good. The inside had great crumb and apparently that’s a good thing when it comes to sourdough bread. Anyone else love sourdough baking and have any fun recipes or helpful tips?
