I made this delicious quiche last week. The fun thing about quiche is how easy it is to make and how quick it is to warm up in the morning for a ready-made breakfast.

The day I made this I did not have any spinach in my fridge but I did have asparagus so I used that instead. I also did not have any half & half or yogurt so I substituted ⅔ cup almond milk and it worked great. I don’t like to make special trips out to the grocery store so I usually try and find something in my fridge or cupboards that will work as a replacement.
